Customers posting positions through Broadbean Job Distribution’s stand-alone web portal, AdCourier, are then able to select a template and automatically pre-populate every field with the information you used last time.
For customers with Broadbean Job Distribution built into their ATS workflow, the tool will automatically pre-populate a template as you create a requisition. (Ask your CareerBuilder representative if Broadbean Job Distribution can integrate with your ATS.)
Job posting templates can be created and saved by users and admins on your account. Not only will you save time using templates, but you will ensure continuity across all of your job postings.
You can set up multiple templates within the platform and name them based upon your parameters.
You can then specify the boards to use the template with, as well as the other filters related to industry, location, etc.
You can then continue through the posting details section and select the template.
Lastly, you review your job posting and save the template.
Your template is now available to use and deploy across the sites within your setup.
