In Case You Missed It: CareerBuilder at HR Tech

Mary Lorenz

Were you one of the lucky HR Tech attendees who got to experience the magic and mystery of CareerBuilder? If not, here’s a quick recap of what you missed:

First, there was the booth experience, which was unlike any other at HR Tech (if we do say so ourselves). Visitors to booth 1810 walked into a mysterious-looking black booth, where they embarked on an interactive, virtual reality ride through a futuristic world, using AI-based technology to “save” HR. Players were scored for their speed and agility, and the winners walked away with drones.

Then there was our special demo session, “Are You Ready for the Next Mobile Revolution,” during which CareerBuilder’s top tech leaders discussed the groundbreaking mobile technologies that are redefining the job search and hiring experience.

Between the booth experience and the demo session, attendees got an up close and personal look at how CareerBuilder is using artificial intelligence, augmented reality, gamification, proximity search and more to provide faster, easier and more intuitive connections between employers and candidates.
