CBES ranked by HRO Baker’s Dozen Survey for the 8th straight year

November 19, 2019

CareerBuilder Employment Screening was recognized on HRO Today 2019 Baker's Dozen Pre-Employment Screening Overall Enterprise list today for the eighth consecutive year and was ranked 2nd in the Breadth of Service category.

This is the eighth consecutive year that CareerBuilder Employment Screening has been listed by the HRO Today on their Baker’s Dozen list. This list is based on feedback from buyers through an online survey, and results are analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality.

According to CareerBuilder research, 68 percent of candidates continue to look for jobs until cleared for hire, so employers can’t afford to have a clunky or inefficient screening process, especially during this time of record low unemployment. CBES applies expertise to simplify background checks, allowing employers to get the high-quality checks they need, while providing a positive experience for the candidate.

Additionally, Mary Delaney, President, CareerBuilder Software & Services, was named an HRO Today Superstar for the second time. She is being recognized for transforming work in the field in HR. This is an annual recognition.
