CareerBuilder Employment Screening Enhances Online Chat, Reporting Features and More

CBES customers are in for a holiday treat with updates that make ordering reports and tracking orders easier than ever. Users will find a more user-friendly dashboard, a better online chat experience, and more ways to customize their report orders, among other updates. There’s even something for candidates! Details below:

Online Chat Enhancements
Within WebACE®, customers can now quickly find our online chat feature at the bottom right-hand corner of the page. (It was previously located in the menu at the top of the page.)


Chat is also now integrated with SalesForce, which offers:

  • Better reporting
  • Enhanced functionality
  • Ability to view the details of a chat once a case has been closed
  • Automatic case creation upon the initiation of a chat
  • After-business hours notifications. If a user tries to initiate a chat during non-business hours, a case will be created and submitted to the team, and the user will receive automatic email updates.

Customer Order Reporting

The report has seven new selections, and now can display:

  • Initial flag/status when order was originally completed (policy clients)
  • Date when new action was selected on order
  • Time from completion date to when action was taken

Dashboard/Reporting Enhancements
Clients will now have a noticeably more efficient experience when working within WebACE® as orders now load faster, and are immediately visible when visiting a page, with little latency.

Drug Test Supply Ordering

Clients now have the ability to place drug test supply orders through WebACE. This online ordering process is activated within WebACE, and certain products are only available by location. Clients can also cancel an unscheduled drug test order within the same interface.

Send Invitation for CDL (Candidate Experience Enhancement)
On Electronic Invitations, candidates have the option to identify if their driver’s license is a CDL, for authorized customers. When candidates select this checkbox, a CDL search will be ordered in lieu of a standard driver search.

Talent Discovery Boost
CBES customers who also have (or choose to purchase) our Talent Discovery Platform have the option to upgrade to Talent Discovery Boost or Talent Discovery Boost Plus. With TDP Boost, you get three hours a day of dedicated recruiting activity, the option to post to CB media and creating sourcing lists, and the option to email candidates sourced with your job opportunity. TDP Boost Plus includes everything in TDP Boost, as well as up to 1,000 screened resumes a month and scheduled interviews, along with weekly reporting on Talent Network growth.
