Do You Know Your Job Seeker Experience?

Included is a short guide on strategies that you can implement in your organization tomorrow. Download the worksheet entitled, "Quiz - Whats' Your Job Seeker Experience" and spend 10 minutes completing it with you team. It's a quick 15 questions and on the back you'll see which scores to attribute to each answer. Calculate your scores for each question and then total them up. 

The remainder of the guide walks you through six ways that you can avoid missed connection throughout your process including the following:

1) Use multiple sources in your recruitment strategy – helps your reach.
2) Proactively recruit – don’t sit and wait for someone to come to you.
3) Create a compelling brand message that attracts the RIGHT connection to you.
