A new Applicant Tracking feature enhancement helps save both recruiters and hiring managers time, while providing a more customizable workflow experience.
Applicant Tracking can now build additional e-link workflows, which can be linked to within an email and sent to hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to move candidates through any step in the recruitment process.
3 main benefits:
- Additional options for moving candidates: Previously, e-links were limited to moving a candidate forward or dispositioning them. Now, e-links can be configured to allow the email recipients – often hiring managers – to move candidates to any defined step, such as “Do not proceed,” “Ask to attend an interview” or “Approve offer letter.”
- Email message personalization: Using an email template associated with e-links (available through the toolbox), recruiters can personalize their message to hiring managers, rather than relying on the default standard e-link email text. This allows recruiters to provide hiring managers with specific details, such as feedback from the first interview or the date in which a hiring decision needs to be made.
- No Login required: Customizable e-links can be sent via email, enabling the hiring manager to go straight to the designated workflow step, without having to log in to the system to get there.
