JM Wilson is a managing agency and surplus lines insurance broker providing specialty insurance products to independent insurance agents for risks that are not insurable in the standard marketplace.

Before teaming up with CareerBuilder, JM Wilson faced a number of recruitment challenges. “We needed to take our recruitment process to the next level in terms of mobile and attracting a younger demographic,” recalls Sarah O’Day, JM Wilson’s HR Manager.
