Alltran Changes Recruitment Culture with Applicant Tracking System

Three years ago, when Sonja Thornton joined Alltran as the director of talent acquisition, their recruitment process was “very antiquated.” “We were using Excel spreadsheets and paper [to manage candidates],” she says. She quickly identified the crucial need for an applicant tracking system (ATS) that would take them into the 21st century and streamline the company’s recruitment process.
